GoogleDear Miss Pat,

Thank you for answering our questions. Right now we are sending out
invitations to our guests so we will know how many rooms are needed in the
next couple of weeks.

Regarding the payment for the wedding ceremony and photographer, is it best
that we pay the hotel directly? We would be happy to make a deposit,
eventhough we do not know how many rooms we will need.

I appreciate your help and I will contact you again soon.

Sincerely,

Denny Hayamoto
